This training will focus upon the key principles applying to the gathering and preservation of evidence and its conversion into robust evidential statements. The training will cover use of exhibits, hearsay issues and reports. Drafting tips will cover the 3 key foundations to producing effective statements and why these foundations are essential for cases that proceed to hearings.
