Waste and Environmental Regulation

This session will focus upon general waste neighbourhood collection and waste issues. Areas covered will include the duty to collect, recycling, section 46 and 47 notices, waste on streets and problems posed by decriminalisation. The training will also cover inter-relationship between these issues, litter, fly tipping, duty of care and community protection.
